- Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
